01Asking for a refund
Contact the artist through the contact details on their site and include your order reference. Most problems are fixed quickly that way.
If the artist doesn't reply within 7 days, or you think a sale was fraudulent, report the site or email support@skansolvemusic.com.
02Merch
Faulty, damaged or wrong items can be returned within 6 months for a repair, replacement or refund, as the Consumer Protection Act allows.
For online orders you can also cancel within 5 business days of delivery under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. The artist may ask you to pay the cost of returning it.
03Songs and digital downloads
Because a download is delivered straight away, it usually can't be returned once it has been streamed or downloaded. If the file is broken or isn't what was described, the artist will fix it or refund you.
04Beat licences
Beat licences are digital and start as soon as the files are delivered, so they aren't refundable after download unless the files are faulty. Exclusive licences may have their own terms on the producer's site.
05Subscriptions
You can cancel a fan subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Payments already made for past periods aren't refunded, unless you were charged in error.
06Tips
Tips are gifts to the artist and aren't refundable, unless the payment was made by mistake or without your permission. Contact us within 14 days if that happens.
07Gigs and bookings
Tickets sold through other ticket sites follow that site's refund rules. Booking fees and deposits are agreed directly between you and the artist.
